She is very athletic and active, but with age has learned to appreciate the use of her off-switch. She enjoys going out in the bush for a run or snoozing on the couch (usually upside down) while I work or on a quiet evening watching TV. She also enjoys Scent Detection, or just anything that she can do with me. This sweet girl does not have a mean bone in her body; she is genuinely just a kind dog. She has no interest in conflict with other dogs, she would rather stay out of it. She has moderate reserve with new people but does warm up relatively quickly. She is very handler focused and loves to please – she takes a lot of confidence from her handler in new situations – if you are confident, she is confident.
