Ocean has slight reserve with strangers but tends to warm up quickly. Cora is friendly with everyone. Cora is a bit nervous of dogs she doesn't know (until she realizes they are friends) - Ocean does well with other dogs. Cora does have quite a bit of herding instinct. Both are very loving and goofy dogs. If you like the luxurious show coat in an MAS, this is the litter for you. Both of these dogs also have lovely movement with great toplines.
Based on Ocean and Cora's heights I expect these puppies will range from 16"-18" tall.
Puppies are possible MDR1 carriers and possible DM carriers - see health testing page for more information (link)

Eggo is available to a pet home, but I would also happily entertain a co-own show home for him. May also consider letting him go to a reputable breeding program outside of Ontario. He is ready to go to his new home any time.
Eggo is medium to medium/high energy. He is a happy, happy (goofy) boy, and eager to work with you. Will likely do well learning new tricks and may have fun dabbling in agility or similar. One of the “busiest” in the bunch but still has a good off switch and loves to cuddle (and belly rubs). A real charmer. Teaching calm will be beneficial to contain his goofiness! Very mild reserve. Socialization so he continues to be confident meeting new people and facing new situations is important. Based on his height at 10 weeks, I expect him to mature around 17" tall.

Guardian Family Opportunity
"Toast" is my pick puppy from this litter. He is available to the perfect Guardian home only. Ideally within 1 hour of Shawville, QC, but up to 1.5 hours is ok. For more information about being a Guardian Family, please click here (link).
Toast is a medium energy boy. Mild reserve. Socialization so he continues to be confident meeting new people and facing new situations is important - will be required to attend at least 1 puppy K class and 1 obedience class by 12mo under contract. Will likely finish on the larger side (closer to 18" tall).

Cammy has a spot here with me until the perfect situation for her presents itself!

I am looking for a Guardian home within about 1.5 hours of Shawville, Quebec for Cammy (Milldamcreek Spill The Tea).
She was born August 31, 2022. We are about 95% there with potty training and crate training. She is quite good on leash for walks. Recall is pretty good so far as well. She does have some reserve (isn't immediately accepting of strangers) she takes a bit of time to warm up to new people at this point in time. Once she warms up she doesn't hold back on the kisses or bum wiggles (she also loves belly rubs). She is a bit weary of dogs she doesn't know but again warms up when she realizes they are friendly. Very food motivated. I can see her doing Agility and Sprinter (she is very agile and fast!). I took her to a dog show in Southern ON at the beginning of February and she handled the 6 hour drive like a Champ! By Day 4 of the show she easily settled into the crate and was content walking around the busy and loud space (she even sat and watched Best in Show with me and was not bothered by the hooting and hollering for the Group Winners go arounds!). She attended another show May 22nd and did extremely well - she stood for the judges exam, showed her teeth for the judge, and was only a little silly on the go-arounds! I don't mind a little silliness as she was having fun! I expect her to mature around 17" tall and 35lbs. She would likely be just fine an in apartment so long as. you are committed to providing her with the physical and mental stimulation she needs. If you own/rent a house/townhome etc, fenced in yard is a must. About Guardianship: Cammy would live with you (the Guardian) as a pet, and remain in our breeding program. She would come back to us to whelp 1-2 litters once she is old enough and has passed her health testing. I would reserve the right to show her in Conformation, and may require that she attend handling classes with me (or you are welcome to try it out as well - I would pay for the handling classes if her Guardian was interested in this). Showing times vary, but approximately 5-8 weeks (Fri-Sun or Sat-Sun) per year in the first 2 years; this may be less or more depending how long it takes her to achieve her Championship. When she comes back to be bred, she would be with me for around 1 week for the actual breeding, and then would come back to me a few days to a week prior to her due date for 6-8 weeks to raise her litter. Upon completion of the Guardianship Agreement, when she is spayed, Guardian Family will be reimbursed for their dedication and cooperation. Each contract may vary according to the agreement between the Guardian Family and Milldamcreek as the breeder. The Guardianship Participation fee is reasonable for her. Please inquire. I am also open to selling her to a small reputable breeding program if I think it is the right fit. See pedigree information here (pedigree link). Normal CAER 12/22. Both Sire and Dam are CKC Champions. Full sister from 2020 litter is a CKC Champion, and has a full sibling (2020 litter) started in agility and rally-o. |
