Twyla and Mellow welcomed 7 puppies on August 19th. 3 red tri males, 2 red tri females, 1 red merle female and 1 red merle male.

​Puppies will be ready for homes on/after October 18th. Dam “Twyla” is a Grand Champion with the Canadian Kennel Club and planned Sire “Mellow” is a Canadian Grand Champion and American Champion.

Not only do I expect this pairing to produce some nice examples of the breed in structure, but I am expecting some lovely temperaments as well! Mellow is a very sweet, goofy boy with minimal to no reserve. He is ready to go whenever something fun is going on (Sprinter, hiking etc.) but has a great off switch. Twyla is a more active girl (with an off switch) that loves dock diving, roller blading, basically anything you throw at her. She generally does not know a stranger.

This litter will likely be on the larger side (16"-18") and suited for families who are moderate to highly active, or who are interested in training activities such as agility, obedience, rally-obedience, trick training, scent detection etc.
